2011 CABERNET SAUVIGNON

From our California blend, medium body, velvety mouthfeel, bracing acidity (food wine)… I had it with some beef and noodles and they worked well together. Good fruit (raspberries), excellent acidity and a true crowd pleaser with its delicate, restrained profile. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to both fish and fowl.
